Everything you need to know before scheduling your pickup.
What do I put my laundry in?
For your first pickup, use a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag. Please do not leave baskets or hampers, as we cannot guarantee their return.
Do I need to sort my laundry?
No. We sort everything by color and fabric before washing.
How much is pickup & delivery?
0–10 miles: $10 round trip
11–20 miles: $20 round trip
20+ miles: Contact us for a custom quote.
How long does service take?
Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Do I have to be home?
No. Simply let us know where to pick up and return your laundry (porch, bench, side door, etc.) when booking.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your pickup. The remaining balance is due when your clean laundry is delivered. We currently accept Venmo and Zelle.
Will my laundry be washed with someone else's?
Never. Every customer's laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately.
What detergent do you use?
We use Tide Original detergent and dryer sheets unless you request a different detergent or hypoallergenic option during booking.
What if an item is damaged?
We handle every order with care but cannot be responsible for items with existing damage, normal wear, shrinkage, fading, or items left in pockets.
